The app showed Rs 2699 from Gurgaon to Dehradun & the bill came Rs 6152 at the end of the trip.. Why so much difference in fare? Paid almost triple the amount plus tol taxes.. @Olacabs

@IndiGo6E I have opted for auto assigned seat. Why have I not yet received my boarding pass on my email?

@IndiGo6E My flight to Delhi is scheduled at 11:55am & still I can't download my Boarding pass without paying for seats. The day before yesterday, the same thing happened where I didn't get any auto-email 1 hour before departure. Why is it so mandatory to pay for seats?

Tried Big basket customer service call but it takes forever to connect, plus every single minute of call is chargeable. I have spent around Rs 50 only for being on HOLD. What's this? @CEE_bigbasket

@IRCTCofficial Seems like your team won't ever refund a single coin for my COVID affected cancelled flights now. It's been 8 months now. All I get as a reply to my tweet is "Please share your transaction ID" and after that IRCTC ghosts me. #IRCTCRefunds

@Airtel_Presence I have been struggling with the voice cracking problem on my number since last month. The network also gets changed from 4G to G (earlier it wasn't like this) in case of incoming or outgoing calls. Please look into this issue @airtelindia

@RailwaySeva I have been literally forced to use such a strong language after unprofessional behaviour & not a clear stand of IRCTC on this issue. I tried to get refund, then gave up.. finally decided to reschedule.. still no success.. Now I just want my damn money. Enough !

@IRCTCofficial Seems like you guys are running the biggest scam out of COVID - 19. 30+ email exchanges, 50+ calls but still you couldn't reschedule neither refund my money for cancelled flights. Been 6 months of cancellation. Is this how a govt. run organisation works?
