@airindia I’ve faced the same issues on your older Boeing 787 aircraft while flying from Rome to Delhi, Tokyo to Delhi, and Zurich to Delhi. Always the same story, at least think about foreigners travelling on same aircrafts.

One of my worst flying experiences with @airindia @TataCompanies on flight AI153! On a 9-hour flight, no Wi-Fi, no entertainment, and no working screens. Even the basic buttons to call a flight attendant or turn the reading lights on and off were broken!

A few flight attendants were friendly, but the crew should at least check on passengers every few hours, especially with elderly passengers and children onboard. Absolutely unacceptable service. Avoid Air India at all costs! #AirIndia #AI153

@atlys has been a complete nightmare. I trusted them with my Schengen visa and ended up doing everything myself. Zero support and they won’t even refund my money. This feels like fraud.

@Olacabs @ola_supports Found the driver details. As Expected, he is denying and giving irrelevant reasons without even asking once the colour/location/ or any detail of the mobile. Didn't even tried to find the mobile in the car when informed bcz he know it's with him.

@airindiain It is highly disappointing that my luggage was delayed for over five days. Despite repeated attempts to contact airport staff, I was ultimately forced to retrieve it myself from the airport. Despite sending multiple emails to the department, I received no response.
