@fosterhood We've started using nitrous for "difficult" IUD insertions, but should totally be available for anything a pt wants.
@fosterhood Not used more in childbirth because it's so much cheaper than epidurals / doesn't make the hospital as much money. Rolling out nitrous in a couple hospitals I've worked in was highly resisted by anesthesia department.
