Yeah.
a hardest pill to swallow is that people will hurt you. dehumanize you in so many ways and not feel badly about it. they won’t feel a thing actually. they’ll move on with their day, their week, their life, happy as ever but there you are, crushed. loss of appetite. loss of sleep.
One thing I am learning as I grow is to reduce the urge to ask for advice. 🙏🏾 Sometimes in life you just need to trust your gut feeling and instincts , pray about certain things and take the decision alone. Asking for advice will cripple your ability to trust your decisions.

Officially hit the 7th month mark in my pregnancy this week! 🤰🏽☺️ We are starting the third trimester and I cannot wait for our baby boy to be here! 🥹🫶🏽
I started feeling my baby boy kick in my belly for the first time this week on Monday and he has been kicking me everyday since. One of the best feelings I’ve ever felt in my life. 🥹🥲🩵
At this point in my life, it doesn’t matter how much I love you, how long I’ve known you, how much we’ve experienced together. If I feel a way about your actions, I’m gracefully removing myself from your life. I can’t change anyone and I don’t want to. I’m noticing now more than ever how people move and there’s just certain things I no longer want to put my energy into. People do exactly what they want regardless of your feelings, advice or opinions. Some people don’t notice your impact until your presence is no longer at their convenience✨
my life is nowhere near where i want it to be but i still just feel so grateful to be here right now. to show up most days trying my best to just make it happen for myself. the rough days make me appreciate the radiant ones. i pray i can give myself the life i feel i deserve.

By: This Blew My Mind “When pregnant, the cells of the baby migrate into the mothers bloodstream and then circle back into the baby, it’s called “fetal-maternal microchimerism”. For 41 weeks, the cells circulate and merge backwards and forwards, and after the baby is born, many of these cells stay in the mother’s body, leaving a permanent imprint in the mothers tissues, bones, brain, and skin, and often stay there for decades. Every single child a mother has afterwards will leave a similar imprint on her body, too. Even if a pregnancy doesn't go to full term or if you have an abortion, these cells still migrate into your bloodstream. Research has shown that if a mother's heart is injured, fetal cells will rush to the site of the injury and change into different types of cells that specialize in mending the heart. The baby helps repair the mother, while the mother builds the baby. How cool is that? This is often why certain illnesses vanish while pregnant. It’s incredible how mothers bodies protect the baby at all costs, and the baby protects & rebuilds the mother back - so that the baby can develop safely and survive. Think about crazy cravings for a moment. What was the mother deficient in that the baby made them crave? Studies have also shown cells from a fetus in a mothers brain 18 years after she gave birth. How amazing is that?” If you’re a mom you know how you can intuitively feel your child even when they are not there….Well, now there is scientific proof that moms carry them for years and years even after they have given birth to them. I find this to be so very beautiful.
A lot of y’all only friends with people because y’all share the same bad habits. Drinking every day, smoking all day, going to the club every night, going out to eat everyday, gossiping etc. Change your habits and watch how many “friends” drift away.
People who only become powerful from getting angry can’t even comprehend how the ones who become powerful purely from Love move through this life.
You gotta have seasons where you shut outsiders out, shut everything down and get your mind and your pockets right Everything outside of that can wait, the longer your take to start that season the harder it’s gonna be
I want whatever God wants for me.
Today I realized that there really is something special about being misperceived by someone and completely being aware of it and letting it happen anyway
