My take, long-term: as AI spray-and-pray apps get better, cold applications will be a worse signal for who will actually be a good employee, and companies will rely even *more* on internal referrals to find good people

A @got_users client just closed a $250K deal from a funnel tweak that took about 30 seconds of work. All they did was add a clear call-to-action at the end of a podcast episode. That's it. You can experiment anywhere in your funnel. The hard part is knowing where to focus.
