कुलमान तामाङ मन्त्री भएपछि शरुमै एउटा गल्ती गरे। हितेन्द्रदेव शाक्यलाई अहिले हटाउन जायज हो भने दीपक खड्काले उनलाई त्यो बेला हटाउन पनि जायज नै थियो।
जानकारी अनुसार, नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरणका हितेन्द्र शाक्य एक योग्य र दक्ष प्रविधिक मात्र होइन, कुशल व्यवस्थापक पनि हुन्। उनको बर्खास्तीमा सरकारले पूर्वाग्रह देखाएको छ। पुरानो राजनीतिक शैलीभन्दा फरक अपेक्षा गरिएको सरकारको यो निर्णय बाञ्छनीय देखिँदैन।
