Has anyone looked at the housing market? Shit i sold a beater of a home that had so much shit to fix up and still got over 400k for it. A 3bd 2.5bth 2 car garage on .25 acre lot 3500 sqft. The house up the street, same size, same land size, sold 3 months earlier for over 1mil. And this is in a lcol area too.
