@Hertz do not use! They are thieves and liars! My booking was cancelled as I arrived to location. Was told they would refund my Uber and now they are saying they won’t refund! Use Avis or europcar much better customer service! #hertz #badcustomerservice #messi #ronaldo

@Hertz I booked a vehicle in April. Today I tried to modify the reservation on the app by adding 1/2 a day and it increased my rental amount by $2k. I tried to fix it and CS said they can’t honor my original rate. This is unconscionable. I need someone to fix this ASAP.

@Hertz My travel plans are disrupted by Hertz. I have an account with you. Yesterday I wasted an afternoon trying to book a van for Friday. I’m still van less. Hertz have made it nigh on impossible to contact them. I feel let down bad.

@Hertz who do I need to contact to get a billing error corrected. I’ve sent numerous request through your app and no response. You’re charging me $160 for gas even though I filled the tank .5 miles from the airport. Should I just dispute the entire charge with my CC. Ridiculous!

@Hertz somehow charges premium prices while delivering some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Days of calls. Multiple “escalations.” Zero resolution. Nobody follows through except when it’s time to charge your credit card.
