@asalisbury I don't want to be that annoying guy, especially given the good news about the game, but how long does it take to get a reply to a contact form? I was banned almost three months ago (July 29) and still haven't got a response

@fflitzer @falloutplays I read it, and I really hope things get better; being banned from both Bungie games in 2 months without knowing why is crazy. The sad part is knowing there are people with open tickets from years ago who haven't even received a response.

@SaltagreppoD2 It’s crazy to think that at the end of the day Bungie can ban you for any nonsense reason and just say, "Hey, you broke the ToS," and even if you didn't actually broke it, you will stay banned just because they said so.

@_xBigDingus_ @Destiny2Team You don't even know what you talking about. When you buy a game on MICROSOFT STORE every XBOX APP account will be able to play that game/dlc as long as the dev allow you. If Bungie doesn't want to allow us to do this, then they should do the same as cod: block you on menu.

@nichottv if they really cared about stopping DLC sharing, they would do what cod does: my bad for the portuguese screenshot, but it says: If your Xbox app account isn't the same as your Microsoft account, then you can't leave the main menu. way easier than banning everyone.

@Destiny2Team Most of the main cheaters and none of the console limiters got banned. I think this tweet is like a half excuse to justify the bans but im still convinced 80% of the bans are due to DLC sharing on microsoft and i do not think that should be a permaban since its allowed by Xbox.

@Acayez @Destiny2Team If they really wanted to stop the cheaters from infinitely sharing dlc they would do what cod does: my bad for the screenshoot in portuguese, but it basically says that if you xbox account is not the same as your microsoft store account, you can't even get past the main menu

@Destiny2Team if you don't want people to do dlc share anymore, you should either do a proper work on microsoft store and block the microsoft store account being different of the xbox app account or give prior notice, blocking a feature that has been working for years doesn't make any sense

@Destiny2Team Are u guys just skipping the part where people doing DLC share just got banned without any reason? Of course the cheaters need to be banned 100%, but the point is that people who been playing on the Xbox app doing DLC share due to the shit performance on Steam are getting banned

@asalisbury @cfnvlr Good to see your response Andy, and please take a really good look, because he wasn't the only affected by the ban (i am banned too) and maybe there's players who got banned that don't even post! I will also be filing the form and thanks for the reply!

@asalisbury I got banned for no reason 11 days ago. I bought the game once more, and started the grind all over again. I got banned again today during ranked. I have the Run recorded btw. The ticket for the first ban (#473809) is still unanswered. Can you help me?
