SLT uniform query! I havenāt previously worn a uniform, but Iām now working in an inpatient setting with a new SLT provision. I canāt find an answer on what colour uniform SLTs wear (seem to see dark red/burgundy and aqua). What tunic trim colour do you wear/associate with SLT?

Someone has a knee problem, they go to a knee specialist. Someone has a back problem, they go to a spinal specialist. Someone has a neurological problem, they go to a neurological specialist. Someone has breathing problems, they go to a respiratory specialist.

I delivered my first Intensive Interaction training session last week to carers and support staff and received some lovely feedback! Felt great to talk to people about such an important and often misunderstood method of communication š
Iāve definitely felt a lot more useful at work the past couple of weeks now that non-urgent visits have started again! Had a busy week of going out on visits & making lots of phone calls to plan future visits & gather information. I think Iām a speech and language therapist now!
