@PowercorAust any chance this will actually be rectified by 8am? Also the info on these types of outages is really poor. No start time, no cause. Current ETR is 8:00am, which I expect will be extended as it typically is with these types of outages across the state #liftyourgame

@vlinefail Ask for the amount of compensation paid to customers who made claims in the past 12 months vs the total amount of compensation owed to customers if all eligible customers made claims in the past 12 months.

@vline_geelong i’m on the delayed 16:43 SCS-WP. I’m being told that this service will now terminate at Geelong and i’m to catch the next service through to the other stations. Is this correct? And why is the train terminating at Geelong?

@vline_geelong is there an explanation as to why it’s taken in excess of 2 hours to rectify the signal fault at Sunshine? What has actually occurred?

@VLine_geelong @VLine James Pinder needs to get down to SCS ASAP and face personally every single Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh and Geelong line commuter that has been let down this evening. @9NewsMelb and @7NewsMelbourne should be approaching him to make a public apology in my opinion

@VLine_geelong apparently we are now all required to make alternative arrangements to get home this evening? What Compensation will @VLine and @ptv_official be offering to customers affected by no service delivery this evening?

@9NewsMelb @DanielAndrewsMP @andrew_lund Getting the signals working on these lines would be a higher priority I would have thought. Total chaos at SCS this evening after sunshine signal fault again. No services running from SCS in the last 90 minutes. @vline @vline_geelong hundreds of customers stuck.

@vline_geelong @stevie_25 Instead of doing your best to get trains moving, how about @vline invest some serious money in maintenance of the signals that fail time and time again. Sunshine signals have failed twice in a week.

@VLine_geelong Vline services are all over the shop this afternoon. No one on the platforms has any idea on what’s happening. So I’ve called the operations centre on 9619 2103 and they have no idea either. I’d like to remind @VLine of their vision & purpose statements for their customers.

@vline_geelong @vline_geelong please get this sorted. 13:10 & 13:30 both stranded at Lara. No trains able to pass in either direction. Though Pacific National train has just passed us on same track. Start ordering busses?
