i'm so mentally and emotionally drained from holding all this shit in, acting like life is sweet when i got so much deeper shit going on
the feminine urge to give up on my dreams and die
to feel unwanted is the worse thing
Overthinking is what kills me every night.
the fear of letting go. the fear of endings. the fear of permanent loss. it so closely mirrors death. reminds us of our impermanence. that’s what makes letting go so difficult for many. sometimes scary and fearful.
sometimes a mf don’t even love you fr , they jus kno you a good person & they need you
i just feel like i am not needed.
I sit silent for hours with the loudest thoughts.
always
i hate feeling like i'm forcing someone to talk to me.
breakdowns don't necessarily mean crying. most of the time, it's you blankly staring somewhere and not having the energy to continue doing whatever it is you're doing.
