This is a LONG POST because I’ve been genuinely frustrated with what’s been happening lately. I’m going to type this with care because this is an issue I think needs to be opened up and discussed properly. I don’t understand why Aaron Manansala still hasn’t addressed the concerns people have been raising about him. I know it might seem petty to continuously ask for a statement, but at this point, his silence is affecting people who aren’t even involved in the issue. 𝙎𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙪𝙚? There have been concerns and allegations raised regarding his alleged behavior toward minors, cheating, and being a womanizer… and because Audray is his friend and is obviously still a minor, it’s understandable why people are asking for clarity regarding their relationship, especially with the way the shipping has been enabled. The statement people are asking for isn’t complicated. If they are genuinely just friends and there is no romantic involvement, then simply saying that should not be such a difficult thing to do. The concern exists because of the allegations surrounding him and the fact that he is still being associated with someone who is underage. And the reason people keep asking him to address it is because he is clearly aware of the shipping. He has liked posts involving the ship, viewed TikTok stories, and even asked a fan to delete a post. So this isn’t a case of him being unaware of how people perceive their interactions. He knows exactly what people are saying and how they’re interpreting it. If he is aware of all of this, then why not simply clarify the nature of their relationship? Because while all of this is happening, OTHER people are getting dragged into it. Migs and Yhana, who have been doing lives for fun and sharing things with their audience, have been called “manggagatas” by some of his fans. Before the bill-out issue even happened, people were already enthusiastic about the things they shared, kahit maliliit lang na info ‘yung binibigay nila. The gifts and support they received were simply the audience’s way of giving back. So… how does this connect to Manansala? kasi those are his fans who are making these accusations against people around Audray. If the issue surrounding him and a minor is already being discussed this heavily, and people are asking for clarification, why is there still no effort to address it, even privately? and ‘yung “Angel Sam” account sa TikTok. haha! He has been tagged there countless times, which makes it difficult to believe that he is completely unaware of the conversations surrounding it. Yet, there has still been no clear statement addressing the concerns. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. How is it possible to publicly address or debunk having a girlfriend, but somehow saying, “Audray and I are just friends” becomes too difficult? ESPECIALLY when there was apparently a hard launch of a girl earlier this year. That makes the situation even more confusing because the lack of clarification about Audray leaves room for people to continue shipping them and interpreting their interactions however they want. And maybe that’s exactly what people are questioning: is there hesitation to address it because there is a fandom that was built around the connection between him and Audray? Because he has “Aaronites” who are also invested in the ship? Is there a fear that clarifying the relationship would affect that support?
