I spoke too soon, i physically and mentally feel like absolute shit today. But hey I’m below 62kg again so i dropped 3.8kg in the last 4 days and went from bmi 24.1 to bmi 22.7

I’m not sleeping, drinking 2 monsters a day, mentally unwell and not taking any supplements or electrolytes, chatgpt told me that i could die from this fast if I keep going.. Cool i like that idea :)

Day 3 of fasting was an absolute breeze, I’m just gonna do another day at least. I can’t feel the hunger anymore and I’ve only gotten close to passing out once :) The fear of losing control when i break my fast is keeping me going 😎

Back from vacation (finally that felt like ages) and gonna start to lose weight again. First pic is yesterday and the second is today. Obviously i gained some weight like i thought i would, but I’m curious how much of it is just water weight. The first few kgs always drop easy 😇

Day 8 of vacation in Greece, I’m eating normally now and kinda enjoying it, but i also can’t wait to get back home and get back on my weight loss shit. I miss feeling in control and having my weight to obsess over, somehow. I’m pretty scared to know how much weight I’ll gain
