Because humans are naturally defensive creatures. You don't solve problems by going to war, you create them. You invite more people to hate you, you foster extremism, and you develop resentment towards your nation that only leads to more ticking time bombs in the future

The issue is, that when you don't understand, your instinct is to hate and kill and that is detrimental to the world. I'm sorry, but humans will never see peace through war
