In a recent work, arxiv.org/pdf/2406.01149 with @MountainOfMoon we study Mixed Linear Regression in an agnostic setting and show the convergence of EM/AM algorithm. To appear at ICML 2024.

Model Selection for Online Learning is an interesting non-trivial problem. In arxiv.org/abs/2107.03455 @abishek90 and I obtain oracle optimal model selection guarantees for contextual bandits beyond linearity. Recently accepted at IEEE Transactions on Information Theory.
