Understand, kids emergency visits for edibles has nothing to do with the legal/illegal market, including advertising childproof shape, taste and smell, and everything about Stupid parents leaving cannabis in reach of their kid. Has nothing to do with who is selling weed BM/Gov.

@DrShaneMorris @GovCanHealth No. But until there’s more information to actually back up canna industry’s claim that ⬆️paeds intoxication rates solely stem from illegal products, it would be irresponsible for these money-driven initiatives to move forward.

@ONCannabisStore If you want too fix the problem, Government should stop selling weed, you should stop forcing users to use credit and debit cards, allow all cannabis retail too take cash, as regular cannabis users have done for 6 decades. & put cannabis in jars so to see what we are buying.

I will tell you the only way to get federal cannabis legalized is too challenge their constitutional laws, Medical patients and growers in Canada won 4 ruling in a span of 20 years till the prime ministers and politicians gave up and legalized it. but all we got is weed stocks

Have tests and studies been done on the use of Organic Pesticides on inhaled products? Ingestion and inhaled products are two different issues with government sanctioned weed. Gov allows use of gamma radiation on cannabis flower too kill bacteria, mildew tested washable fruit/veg

I keep saying Americans need too be careful what they wish for, Legalization is their way of saying Government will control, over regulate, and over price cannabis. I am a med grower in Canada, all we got was fat wallet weed corporations with subpar quality at unaffordable cost.

As well if authorities come knocking at your door about 4 outdoor plants, that does not allow them too access your home without a warrant, a judge has more impotent things then signing warrants on Homeowners, without evidence of illegal activities such as selling/under age use.

Yes if you want too stimulate a economy, the best and easiest way is to have provincial governments to cover dental and vision, and give a basic income too those out of work, you want a increasing economy, people need money too contribute.

Do you really want to talk about knowing how legal weed works and false statements, I have 2 grow licenses one court protected and I still have too by my seeds (Genetics) illegally because the "system" only accesses a tiny fraction of strains wanna fix, tell the OCS to sell seeds

The real issue, there are more fat wallets billions of dollar investment money then there are sales receipts. over 70% of cannabis sales are still Blackmarkets and legal cannabis is subpar quality and double BM prices, so if you think its smooth sailing your wrong.

LOL you didn't grow up in the 70's and 80's did you, would you have preferred them to stand on the street and bring attention to the police. it's still a crime to smoke cannabis in public areas in Canada punishable by fines, Weed is legal but no legal social areas for consumption
