@nikakmal00 1) On time 2) Ask, do not assume 3) Notify, even though not asked 4) Manage upwards 5) If need to choose between hard task vs simple task, choose the hard task. 6) 'Fail' is good. Learn not to fail the same way again. 7) Be strict in a kind way. 8) Do it yourself.

@Samantha__chong For my experience, i've tried my very best to be a god and tolerable boss. But i think my staff yg pijak i. Ble suruh buat kerja keep giving excuses, datang lmbt, time rehat suka hati, masuk rehat pun suka hati. Haihhh

Client ni dah habis waktu bekerja barulah nak suruh buat registration product. Lepas tu masa tu lah tak cukup itu ini. Bila dokumen tak cukup tak boleh proceed kata nak tukar consultant. Last2 consultant yg dia nak tukar tu aku jugak buatkan registration untuk consultant tu. 😂

Kalau masuk ward kat hospital Selayang ni mesti akan jumpa pesakit SLE jugak. Kalau hospital kat Melaka tak pernah lagi satu ward dengan pesakit SLE.
