OP started off well, but got digressed from its core vision into experimenting many things simultaneously and somewhere lost the overall picture. #OP could've become the next : consumer-focused ecosystem on top of Ethereum while they still had the momentum. Instead they put all their resources and energy on stack thesis, which will date has not delivered the results that were expected. Focussing on stack at the cost of their own network has impacted it dearly. Maybe a hybrid approach like Arbitrum, where they continued investing in their own ecosystem while also supporting the stack, may have worked for them. This kind of mix and hybrid approach would have given step by step status on where and how they are moving viz a viz the overall vision and would have been in a position to eliminate the steps that has now reached a position of do and die. All L2's marketed themselves as cheaper on transaction cost, but today Ethereum which had exponentially high cost has come down to the most affordable one. What I think can be also a game changer is focusing on building super easy onboarding. Today this still is a challenge for the industry.

#Banks have buit legacy with the strong ecosystem around it and survives on legacy trust. #Cryptocurrency needs to build bulletproof trust, strong ecosystem if it wants a massive win. Fighting the #tradefi is a big and long-term game.

Great Article. I believe most important is the vision of the program viz a viz the overall org with larger goals that are quantified into smaller KPIs. The vision which is static and holistic with mission, goals and KPIs flexible and adjustable for achievements.

@Kylechasse Heard Mentality... They will convincingly buy when #BTC was above $100000 but the same ppl did not have faith when few takers and less marketing at even $57000. Understanding of the long term vision, product usage and the problem it is practically resolving becomes crucial.

🚨 SOFTBANK'S DEBT CRISIS IS GROWING. It is now down -25% in just the last 7 trading sessions. The biggest concern is its exposure to AI. It was bigger exposure to AI reaching. As of June 2026, it held $164 Billion in debt, much of it used to finance its AI investments. The interest costs for this is already at $2 Billion, up 95% from Q1. In September, it raised another $11 Billion at interest rates as high as 9.75%, adding $1 Billion in annual interest. SoftBank’s 5-year default insurance (CDS) shot up by 24 basis points to 424 bps. This makes it a similar story to what happened to Oracle’s 5Y CDS (288 bps) and CoreWeave’s CDS (1,100bps). Higher US inflation and Fed rate hike fears are adding even more pressure. Investors are now panicking over whether these massive costs will ever translate into actual profits Any corrections in AI valuations could hurt its investments and make it difficult to #AI

We have been hear about AI bubble for sometime now. AI if complemented the human interventions will be hear to stay. But the way all energies are pushed only on #AI it can be a long term bubble, money printing has been happening and will happen, its impact on #BTC seem less or nuteral as of now.
