Back Muscle Solutions @backmsolutions

The Quadratus Lumborum, or QL for short, is a deep, structural low back muscle that contributes greatly to spinal strength and stability. The QL can cause boatloads of pain when too much stress is placed on it. With continued stress, it locks up or spasms to protect the spine from injury. Here’s placement and how to release an angry QL with your personal massage therapist, the QL Claw! #lowbackpain #lowbackpainrelief #backpain

@painmednews Somebody get QL Claws into space

Holy smokes you've been through the absolute ringer. Our tool was created for guys like you - people who have put their body through it all. Active, strong and needing release. Totally understand the need to get snapped back into place! However, if you're looking for something you can do outside of the chiro to mitigate pain, I have a great feeling you'd love the Claw!
