@Kimbrellfarms06 @thekbaldwin Is it “just a family farm” with a few employees or a “big company with a CEO”? If it’s the first one & u have 2-5 employees, he needs to deal with it. The employees will have more respect for him in the end. If your a big company with a CEO, say 30+ employees, hire an HR person.
