The big problem w/ the pandemic response was the undue influence of the public health establishment, its bureaucratic empowerment at the expense of elected officials, its judicial imprimatur by cowardly courts, its narrative embrace by media elites, its institutional influence in academia and think tanks, its censorship guardrails by Big Tech, and, critically, its financial patronage by Bill Gates & friends.
@barnes_law A wordy way to say government overreach. They over estimated the danger and they fear mongered . There are people at NIH that got royalties from a vaccine that doesn’t work.
@barnes_law Local governments liked the regulatory capture of public health officials to hide behind while imposing fines on the masses. No room for second opinions!
I agree 100%. That is exactly what happened. None of it was ever disrupted by Trump though so unless someone is elected who will actually do something it will never change. This speaks as well to the overall health system in the US. It is broken. It is not free market capitalism but crony capitalism.
@barnes_law The bigger problem with the pandemic was that the democrats saw it as a tool to bludgeon @realDonaldTrump and damn him no matter what he did - much like Team DeTravelHider is doing now.
@barnes_law Two issues Ron may have to deal Murdoch is paying spending $20 million to keep Tucker under wraps while he gave Ron a $10 million book deal. His supporter Steve Deace often makes jokes about Lindsay Graham that sound anti gay
@barnes_law Nu uh. This was all done by one man Just too many to choose from
@barnes_law The problem was Trump is a germaphobe and shut down the country because he’s a coward.
@barnes_law I'm just going to leave this right here...
