A list of essentials for a parent of a autistic child/adult may include- Headphones. Weighted blanket. Fiddle toys. Extra clothes ( labels cut out ) But you absolutely must have Love Patience And a sense of humour. (Throw your bed away you wont be needing it)

When I was growing up, there was "the block party" in neighborhoods. I find myself wishing that I didn't take that for granted...when we get to the other side of this, can we have an old fashioned Boston unity neighborhood block party???? 🤔
