BREAKING: Delaware Court has ruled that the state law, which allows 10 days of early voting, violates the state constitution that the general election is to be held on one day and that the state's Permanent Absentee Voting Statute violates state law by allowing voters to be placed on a permanent absentee voting list where ballots would automatically be sent to them for each election.
@LeadingReport Good, we need same day voting in person voting with an ID on paper ballots. Very basic yet extremely necessary.
@based__head @LeadingReport So all the military overseas don’t get to vote by your logic.
@based__head @LeadingReport Yeah I can see the lines already lol.
@based__head @LeadingReport Why? Should be a day off then so EVERYONE has the same chance to vote. Also all voting districts should have the exact same amount of voting booths and polling places. The walk in voting system is biased against minorities and the poor. Why isn’t it the same for everyone?
@based__head @LeadingReport They could still allow early voting but only in-person on paper ballots. Also, serial numbers! If they can put serial numbers on every piece of US paper currency then they can do that with ballots!
@based__head @LeadingReport Cool. According to Republicans; libs don't work. So who will have time to show up to vote? Nonworking libs or working Republicans?
@based__head @LeadingReport Same day voting is impractical. It is not a day off work and voting stations can't handle the capacity of the entire state.
