At #00Wines, owners Chris and Kathryn Hermann craft Burgundy-inspired Oregon chardonnays with minerality, reductive character and tight and subtly ripened fruit reminiscent of whites from Ramonet in the 1980s. They also make fresh and structured pinots partially made in amphora.
