Why would @RuhullahMehdi mention art 370 in his letter addressed to @OmarAbdullah because the restoration of article is not sought from CM. How many letters Er Rashid wrote as MP to PM, HM about releasing of prisoners, article 370 and other issues? @Lonenasir @qaiser_lone.
