They speak for a while. Store manager goes “oh, we changed the policy?” She hangs up and finally processes my return. @ALDO_Shoes question for you: how do you choose your employees? Store managers? Especially if they don’t know YOUR store policy.#aldocrew #aldoshoes

Unfuriated because nobody had tried to be helpful and it was obvious she just wanted to cruise the rest of her shoft with her buddies, I call the customer service line. Nice woman picks up, and asks me to let her speak to the store manager @ALDO_Shoes

She repeats the same speech. I tell her, are you sure? Because your corporate store emailed me to clarify. I show her the email. She says yeah but at THIS store, we don’t do that here. It’s our store policy. I ask her, so is there anyway you can help me here? No.@ALDO_Shoes

Another associate comes up from downstairs, asks if I need help. Yes. She looks at the receipt and goes to the store manager. She comes back, says yea we dont return anything from paypal. Manager walks over, tries to “help” the issue. And repeats the same speech. @ALDO_Shoes

Bought a pair of shoes online, paid via paypal. Didn’t fit, tried to return in store. New aldo opened up in Soho, went in, nobody tried to help. Goes to the register, the associate looks at my receipt, walks to the front door to laugh wih his buddies. #aldoshoes #aldocrew
