I was served ads on Instagram Reels every 3–5 seconds, or roughly every 3rd reel on average. 🙃 I needed to collect stats for my little research, and it was truly an interesting experience to step back and observe.

One tip for setting new-year self-improvement goals: focus on the process, not on the result. Instead of “write a book,” aim for “to be a writer”, think about what such a person would do daily, how they live. It’s our behaviors that shape who we are, not the achievements. 🎄
