Here’s what happened: • He was denied two funded accounts and a payout. • After the first denial, he accepted FunderPro’s resolution and restarted with a new $100K account. • He passed again. • It was denied again. The reason given? “IP violations” under Section 13.4. But here’s where things get interesting: ✔️ Before passing, he proactively opened a support ticket. ✔️ He clarified that he uses a single device. ✔️ He stated he does not share accounts. ✔️ Support acknowledged his clarification. One week later. Suspension. When he requested proof of violation (IP logs, timestamps, device records), no evidence was provided. Between January 6–22, repeated requests for transparency were allegedly refused. If there was a breach: •Why acknowledge compliance first? •Why deny twice after restarting? •Why refuse to share technical evidence? •Why are multiple traders now reporting similar payout denials? Risk management requires evidence. Compliance requires transparency. Trust requires consistency. Ghosting traders, denying payouts without proof, and refusing to provide logs only damages credibility. This is no longer about one trader. It’s about whether enforcement is fair or selective. Until clear evidence is shown, serious questions remain. Traders are watching.

I’m tired of repeatedly asking for proof of violations, but @FunderPro is denying. I was denied 2 funded accounts and a payout. After my first payout was denied, I accepted their resolution to start again with a new $100K account. I passed that too, but they denied it as well.
