- read books more 📖 - write in a journal/diary 📓 - go out more with yourself and don’t be distracted by your phone ⛰ - try and reduce the time you spend on social media/phone 📱 - be more productive, go for a walk once in a while and take your dog as companion 🐕

- water Water WaTeR WATER 💧 - sunlight ☀️ - consume less sugar/oily foods 🍬 - exfoliate with something that matches your skin type best 🧖🏼‍♀️ - moisturiser - wear less makeup 💄 - be gentle to your skin 👶🏼 - use popping tools instead of fingers/hands/nails (spread germs) 🦠
