You may not like it, but this is what peak engineering looks like
What do you think code reviews look like in 3 years? How long until we trust the AI’s code enough we skip human reviews? What about refactoring tools? Why clean things up if a machine can just rewrite the code base? How much longer will code need to be human readable?

For better or worse, there is so much knowledge that goes into modern FE development that it's wild to me companies still seem to operate with a mindset of "we only hire full-stack or backend" or "we'll just have our BE devs build the UI".
