This morning, I discovered my daughter sitting quietly with her Bible open and taking notes. This mother is so overjoyed that she’s maturing and beginning to form a personal devotion life!! God, I thank you. 🙏🏾❤️

I eat foods I don’t want to, walk miles that the time could be used for a hobby, spend time meditating & in groups wherein I could easily be doing something else & forego carefree spending for 1 reason...DISCIPLINE. Instant gratification is never rewarding or sustaining.

Deaf ears & blind eyes exist to the realities of racism, inequality, and injustice to enjoy comfort, privilege & entitlement. Those in denial know it’s happening, but are “benefiting” from the self-service too much to care. Glad evil has an expiration date.
