It's almost a year since I was admitted to the hospital and almost died in surgery. While I lay in the SICU for a month. I lost 25 pounds of body weight. Now I'm 8 weeks post colostomy reversal surgery and still working on getting back in shape. #rebuilding

Fall colors are looking pretty vibrant in areas of Pike lake. Snapped these shots during my morning run. #wisconsinfallrunning

@triketora When it comes to bitcoin and NFTs I now know how my parents felt about resetting the time on their VCR. I just let it blink at 12:00.

@Once_upon_a_run I think we will see an 80 degree day in about 4 months! 😀 Our high today will be in the teens. Have a good run!

@GoFanHS hey, why don't you join the rest of the world in the year 2021 and get your app available to android without having to jump through hoops for installation. Lots of other companies seem to be able to manage it.

@triketora I am now the old guy who goes to be at 9pm and who will get out of bed to tell neighbors to stop making noise. Yes, I have turned into the 'get off my lawn' old man! :(

@Once_upon_a_run @KTTape Nothing. When she want's to do it I let her. I just don't like the feel of it on my skin. She always wants me to keep it on a couple days. I'm sure it takes the stress of my back when she does it. It is just me being a baby.
