@Mannydas Sorry you’re having trouble with the tag! 👀 Loop the strap around your luggage handle, thread it back through its own end, and pull it tight so it stays securely in place. If it’s still slipping off, please DM us and we’ll help work out what’s happening.

@6tifler The attachment is a custom detachable lanyard piece rather than a metallic hitch. The slider hardware is stainless steel though — sleek and minimal! 🤙

@OGCelticsHater The Venture Ready Pack 26L in Bronze has been retired, so we won’t be getting more stock of this one. We know it’s a favourite, though!

@NotDorasPrimo We hear you! There’s no return planned for the Galaxy Designer’s Edition line this holiday season, but we totally get why you’d want it back. Appreciate the nudge!

@JasonHaas No offense taken! And we're glad that you enjoy some other Bellroy products. We haven't downgraded the leather we use – any changes we have made to the leather recently has been to improve the wear-resistance and add more grain to the texture. We still use the same quality 1/2

@ZAKtalksTECH The scent you get from leather is not actually its 'natural' scent – it comes as a result of the tanning and finishing processes, which can vary greatly. We promise that the leather component of this case is 100% full-grain, LWG gold-rated leather.

@maciej_murawski Indeed, thanks for pointing this out 🙏 – the leather component of this case is 100% full-grain leather. All leather cases would come with some form of polymer or other rigid materials. Most brands just don't list it like we do.

@KaptinAmreeka We're sorry you didn't love your case, but glad we could sort out a return for you. Just to clarify the leather component: the leather on the case is 100% leather – gold-rated LWG full-grain leather. It only constitutes 34% of the entire case because of the polymer and 1/2
