Launch week trap : running the same list through a new model and expecting new replies. Happens every time a model comes out. The list is the same, the reason to write is the same, and so is the buyer. A new model can make a good email better. But it can't turn a stranger with no reason to hear from you into a lead. So start from something that happened at their company, and let the model write after that.

a first cold email needs 3 lines, not 3 paragraphs 1. what you saw 2. why it connects to what you do 3. one easy question that's it. under 90 words the trick is line 1. it has to come from a real source: a job post, an announcement, something they wrote. with the date no source, no line 1. no line 1, no email and if you're not sure about a detail, turn it into the question instead of assuming it. "is the team on hubspot?" beats pretending you know

met this guy on a run stopped, said hi, and he walked right over no pitch. no sequence. i just noticed him the best first message works the same way: show you noticed something real, then ask one easy question
