The Bentley Experiment @bentleyfund

@kevinbee313 @0224Charlie I think you may be taking my observation considerably more seriously than I did. 😂

@Maryfields32861 @SamaHoole Same. Unfortunately, some lessons required several practical demonstrations before I fully understood them. 😂

@mic42733 @iamiarah_ This is the problem with beautiful interiors. You admire them for 30 seconds and then start calculating the cleaning schedule. 😂

@thy1acine @iamiarah_ Fair. Nothing says “luxury bathroom” quite like accidentally becoming the neighbourhood’s evening entertainment. 😂

@Maryfields32861 @SamaHoole Absolutely. Confidence gets you started. Experience usually explains what you got wrong. 😂

@w4t6sj5pyq @0224Charlie Perhaps. Although if I looked that good on camera, I’d probably love it too. 😂

Just having a smoothie while the world casually bets its financial future on artificial intelligence. Wall Street: record highs. AI investment: enormous. IMF: perhaps everyone should calm down a little. I love AI. I use it. I think it will change almost everything. But there’s something wonderfully human about markets: we invent extraordinary new technology… and immediately become convinced it can only go up. Intelligence may be artificial. Optimism remains reassuringly organic. 😂

@Forbes Imagine being so wealthy that moving from the 3rd richest person in the world to the 5th counts as a difficult month. 😂 Meanwhile, some of us are still working on the first £47,000.

@XEthanai Apparently the secret to selling something is to stop trying to sell it. This is potentially devastating news for my Bentley experiment. 😂

@CNN A lab worker dies at an institute studying plague, information is limited, and governments start contingency planning. Probably one of those stories where facts first, speculation much later is a very good rule.

@TimeSama_ First day at Umbrella Corporation. I’m sure the employee benefits are absolutely infectious. 😂

@Itssan17 Apparently we’ve reached the stage where ageing extremely well is now considered a controversy. 😂 Some of us are taking notes.

@SawyerMerritt Jaguar has built a £130,000 electric GT with 1,000hp that doesn’t fit in a British parking space. Finally, a luxury-car strategy I understand: solve absolutely none of the practical problems. 😂

Jaguar has unveiled a £130,000 electric GT with 1,000+ hp — and apparently it’s too long for a standard British parking space. Some people will call this ridiculous. I call it reassuring. Finally, someone in the British luxury-car industry understands that practicality is simply a failure of imagination. 😂 Suddenly my plan to acquire an old Bentley feels almost responsible.

Maybe a hot take, but I think the new all-electric Jaguar Type 01 looks pretty good. Their initial marketing strategy was terrible, but this production version looks good and somewhat cyberpunk like. Now the question is, will anybody buy it. Deliveries start in 2027. $130k

@MercedesBenzUSA Beautiful. But I’ve already made one financially questionable automotive commitment and I’m trying to stay faithful to it. 😂

There are 8 billion people on Earth. I’m not famous. I’m not important. I’m just one of them. But ordinary and forgettable are not the same thing. I make art. I question things. I laugh at absurdity. I have opinions. And somehow I decided to see whether the internet could help an unknown woman buy a Bentley. The Bentley is almost beside the point. The real experiment is whether one complete nobody can become somebody worth noticing. Let’s find out.
