Without media coverage, more people are going to get killed. Anti aircraft warfare are being used against PEOPLE for fuck’s sake. This is why it’s imperative YOU get the word out. A simple RT could get this on the right TL. Our right to simply live is being violated here!!!!

All of this is atrocious and unfortunately underreported. Local newspapers and channels are ignoring this altogether opting to air cook shows and musical performances instead. Major internet providers blocked access to social media making them accessible through VPN only.

At this point, they’re terrorizing people in order to gain control. They’ve disguised themselves as protestors and suggested areas to protest at to make it easy to wipe them all out. Fucking imagine.

Not only protestors are being targeted. Members of the national intelligence and security services are shooting people at their doorsteps, forcing their way into houses, abusing and detaining civilians. The detained are abused for a couple of hours and released if they’re lucky.

None of the protestors attack the police or the army or whoever but they’re being fired at regardless. Our right to assembly, right to freedom of speech, right to freedom of association are, apparently, punishable by death.

People have taken to the streets to protest PEACEFULLY since Thursday in Khartoum, the capital. They were met with relatively hi-tech tear gas bombs that explode and resulted in the amputation of the hands of 2 students. Law enforcement have started using EXCESSIVE force.

This country has been run to the ground by poor management of its resources, corruption and the never ending greed of some officials. Countless people were pushed under the poverty line!! We just want to start over with a new regime. We want to be able to elect who rules us.

The people of Sudan are revolting. Why are we revolting? News are reporting that it’s over rising bread prices when it’s more than that. We’re revolting against 30 years of dictatorship. 30 years of corruption. The inflation was only the tipping point.
