lol so stupid. Why not eat less calories than you consume on a daily basis? THEN EXERCISE? is that so dm hard for people? MAKE IT YOUR LIFE! Im 56 started weight training in the 80s. Im 5 10, 220 and maybe 15% body fat.. I like to keep it around 12 but its been one of those years. Back next year. EAT HEALTHY. cheat once a week. If it doesn't live you done eat it! You don't need to eat everything on your plate and stay away from the fast foods and restaurants, alcohol sodas etc...
If people don't 'snack' after the evening meal the body is allowed to rest way better because the metabolism does its job without confusion of signals - like with grehlin v lepton hormones. If a person works night shift (11-7) you already know that's horrible for your bod . .. I've been there before and the only way to stay awake with that gig is to munch a bunch ✨
