@EAHelp did Face of the Franchise mode on @EAMaddenNFL….got all the way to play my first super bowl the first year and as soon as the game tried to load my game errored. Now it shows I don’t have a save file for Face of the Franchise, but profile updates for “franchise” mode 😒

@EAHelp The scenario plays where the TE meets with the QB in the locker room, but the QB is invisible. I get through the scenario and the whole franchise freezes up. @EAHelp please help 😩

@EAHelp Not sure if my other tweet was never seen, but I figured it out that the bug takes place when my TE is developing their superstar trait. It tries to do a scenario with the “superstar” QB on the team, however I use the back up as my teams starter.

@EAHelp I’m having some trouble with Madden 22 on the PS5. It says up to date however, I get stuck in loading screens after finishing a game in both exhibition and franchise. That and not everything loads in, like jersey selection or the pregame scenes.

@EAHelp Initially it worked just fine for about two games, but the third week I played is when it popped up. I started the season around week 8 and it happened.

@EAHelp So I went and tried a new franchise and I think I figured out what happened. My TE had a “chemistry” scenario. It tried playing the scene with the star quarterback, but I currently use the back up as my starter. The scene initiated and the “star” QB was invisible and it froze.
