In case no one knows. I have been on an anti park people binge for a couple months. I feel this way because of the fetishization of green space in urban places that are passively hostile towards the needs of people. This is an issue in Cleveland but not Cincinnati. A 🧵
I took a trip to Cincinnati, with my family and found what Cleveland gets wrong about parks. Cincinnati's 6 acres Washington Park invites people to play. Washington Park has: Dog park Playground Restrooms Concessions Performance areas Splash park washingtonpark.org

@bikemarvin Not to mention the underground parking structure below Washington Park in Cincy. You’d never know it was there - perfect way to hide ugly parking!
