@crossbeatsind I had purchased the B600 max from your website, it arrived physically damaged since I am speaking to your customer care on email. They don't seem to very helpful besides dictating what I should be doing. My order id is #147177 Looking forward to hear from you

@LGIndia registered a complaint on 16th regarding my refrigerator and am still waiting for an engineer to visit. I wonder if LG India has truly immersed itself in the real Indian way of dealing with customers.

@excitel_rocks Since yesterday I have been trying to apply for a new connection but it seems like waste of time since your priority is your vendor and not the paying customers. I'll give my business to some one who cares.

@excitel_rocks applied for a connection 680 days ago, they took all the information and nothing happened. Applied once more today hoping it works out this time. #careforcustomer

@excitel_rocks I had tried to get a new connection about 682 days ago, and I was denied the new connection because of your vendor @ IndiaInfotech.

@anandmahindra Fortunately the robots don't have an appetite for food, so they will never know the value of time when waiting for food.

@ola_supports If you could explain what do you at @olacabs consider as real time? I mean within how many hours or days one should try to connect with you?

@ola_supports The unfortunate part is that none of your customer service phone numbers work (it's all automated answering mechanism) then how do you expect a comman man to contact @Olacabs @bhash

@Olacabs @CMODelhi @ArvindKejriwal May be you should try to collaborate with your customers via customer service, which is not available at all. All the emails and calls are to @Olacabs are a waste of time and energy.

@Olacabs Certainly not a good practice of you consider customer service as songwriting important to @Olacabs
