i went to residential for three months last summer and actually began recovery for the first time but i’m up to almost 200 pounds from recovering and i relapsed really bad today, so here i am!!!! i needed more motivation to get back in control of myself

there needs to be more awareness for binge eating disorder. it’s one of the most common ed’s, and it’s talked about the least. there are also so many more resources for people with anorexia or bulimia than there are for bed. it’s extremely hard to recover from, yet so many+

@Angeldeluz888 this is not true. every body is built differently and fat people have existed since the beginning of time so to say that no one is built to be big is just factually incorrect. no is is built to be morbidly obese sure, but that’s completely different from an average fat person

@cuntykcalss like binging doesn’t have a certain calorie count but if you’re just eating a regular meal that is NOT a binge you’re just disordered and think healthy proportions are too much

@loverlovette honestly i tried keto for a few weeks and it definitely helps with losing weight but the types of foods you can eat are incredibly restrictive and it was extremely difficult for me to not binge because i just wasn’t eating any GOOD foods yk
