说实在的，学习编程是我最近十年遇到的最大的挑战！五分钟的一个内容，我在AI的帮助下都花了两天才搞明白。在网上看视频学习，时常感觉脑力严重不足，经常看一二十分钟就想睡觉。学过的内容，过两天基本就没撒印象，深刻感觉到了大脑认知功能的衰退，不得已，只好嗑药了，上我的补剂大法！

人脑的神经可塑性非常的强，即便是少了三分之一，照样能跑能跳，上班上学，一律正常！反过来也就是说，我们每个人的能力，都还能增强三分之一以上！

最近发现我儿子的记忆力和理解能力远超我。一首古诗，我让ai解读后，他看一遍就能直接把诗背下来，而我看了四遍也没背下来。感觉自己的认知能力下降的非常非常严重，原因可能是前几年睡眠时间太少导致的。最近重新研究了个配方，想重新整理恢复激活自己的认知能力。让自己有足够的脑力来学习cs61a的课
当我用notebooklm研究了七十本学习相关的书籍以后，我认为我对怎么高效学习已经很懂了。但是所有的学习最终都要用于实践，然后我选择了学习编程，目标是能开发一个ai学习的平台，但是我没有基础。但是等我真正开始学习CS61A以后，才发现前面学习相关的知识只是一个开始，真正想高效学习还离的远。

妈的，英国公司自己报税搞晚了几天，被罚了150英镑。是前年注册了准备搞项目的，最后没做成。前面收到个邮件说是11.30号最晚，就没着急，问了ai才知道那是英国税务局的日期，注册处也要提交。明年要在没合适项目就注销掉算了。
