@kucoincom We have repeatedly reported that @kucoincom CAN'T release the coin without confirming the payment with the seller. Once the buyer orders, "Kucoin auto-releases the coin to the buyer after 24H!" So we can only ask for an appeal to freeze the coin before payment arrives.
