@HHunter_US I appreciate HP's more proactive approach compared to the Lizard King. However the S.E.C is more than partly responsible for this mess. Gensler needs to be held financially accountable for the $$$$ he has intentionally cost thousands of crypto users.

If the SEC doesn't not provide to Ripple the documents that they have requested and the court agrees they are entitled to receive, why can't the case be ended in Ripples favor? I don't understand how in fairness to Ripple the case can continue if these documents are not produced
