@IKEAUKSupport I'm not sure what my next step is - small claims court, financial ombudsman? or you could perhaps do the decent thing and reply to my DM you've seen and now ignored?

@IKEAUKSupport Please reply to my lengthy detailed complaint PM'd last Monday. It's getting beyond a joke now. You reply within a day to get our order details but no one has the decency to try and help once they've seen the mess you've left us in.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. We have just moved into a property that was/is being serviced by Sky. Is it possible for us to become a new customer during the current pandemic? We need a broadband service asap due to both having to work from home. Thank you.

require as this will not increase my score at a time whereby I am looking to obtain a mortgage. At the very least if someone could look into how it can decrease by so much for a small missed minimum payment. Thank you for your understanding in this sensitive matter. Regards, Sam.

@ExperianExperts Paid for my wife to see her full report, we now can't login as receive {"status":500,"message":"Internal Server Error"} error every time. Mortgage Broker needs to see full report ASAP. Tried 2 phones, a tablet and laptop. Even the app. None work. Waste of money!

@British_Airways Huge thanks to Neil & the rest of the Social Media team for restoring my previously great opinion of British Airways. Neil especially is a credit to the team. Thank you for resolving the problem so quickly. My family look forward to flying with BA in a few weeks.

@British_Airways Please could you contact me with regards an existing booking. My Grandfather has just passed away and my Mother is being told she needs to pay an additional £150 to go on the flight as her seat was put on hold whilst he was battling Cancer. Show some compassion.
