This is the kind of attitude many of these congressmen had enabled for six years. Now they’re seeing how someone could thoroughly disrespect a congressional proceeding. Regret usually comes after the fact. Or not really.

It's clear that VP Duterte thinks her budget is above Congressional scrutiny, that she should be given P2B without explaining anything, that she is too important to answer questions about how she spent public funds. Arrogance and entitlement on full display. Ang tunay na kulay.
