ini sangat amaaaat benaaar!!! kurangin screen time and go touch some grass 😭 olahraga, baca buku, introspeksi, ibadah sunnah, ngaji, journaling, or just have some simple fun like play games, ride your bike keliling komplek, whatever gets you off the screen for a while. because when you spend too much time online, your brain starts living in other people’s narratives. you overconsume, compare, react, and somehow everything feels like a problem. insya Allah, the more you actually live your own life, the less your socmed becomes a dumping ground for complaints. at some point, you’ll have stories, growth, and reflections to share, not just things to rant about.
Jujur malu banget itu dia pasti
Jadi keinget kejadian di kantor lama. Ada satu temen kantor gw yang udah nikah, orangnya biasa aja, nggak pernah flirting, tiap hari bahkan masih pakai cincin nikah. Suatu hari lagi jam jam nyantai, ada temen 1 divisi cewek nyeletuk ke temen gw, "Mas, istri lo pasti beruntung ya." Awalnya gw kira cuma bercanda. Tapi lama-lama ni gw liat liat mereka mulai sering makan berdua, nyari alasan buat lembur bareng, sampe gw pernah denger tu cewe pernah bilang, "Aku nggak masalah kok mas kalau cuma jadi orang ketiga." jir kaget gw dengernya wkwkw😅 Yang bikin gw kaget, tu cewe padahal tau kalau temen kantor gw itu udah nikah. Bahkan sering lihat foto anaknya di meja kerja. Terus gw iseng nanya kenapa masih nekat, jawabannya cuma, "Justru cowok yang udah nikah biasanya lebih dewasa, lebih stabil, lebih bisa ngurus keluarga." Waktu itu baru sadar ternyata buat sebagian orang, wedding ring bukan dianggap tanda "jangan diganggu", tapi malah semacam stempel kalau orang itu sudah "terbukti". Karena gw orangnya males ikut campur yauda gw diem aja, nah kalau kalian diposisi gw waktu itu gimana?

gue sering baca, banyak kasus org iseng apply malah tembus. kuncinya tuh di MANAGE EXPECTATIONS,,, pas kita nerapin mindset 'nothing to lose', otak jd lebih rileks n ga overthinking. alhasil pas interview/tes malah ngasih the best performance krn gaada beban!! LET IT FLOW AJA YAAH
musuh terbesar kita tuh emg overthinking n takut ditolak duluan, padahal kuncinya tuh EMBRACE GETTING REJECTED!!! dapet penolakan tu biasa, yg penting udh nyoba drpd penasaran seumur hidup. TURUNIN EGO N JUST APPLY GUYS!!
