No you didn’t do that. You have to look for the right candidates who published atleast one @arxiv paper or you can check their hugging face profile!! Undergrads from IIT or NITs doesn’t mean that they have the capability to fit for your role.

Most of the people in India are really scared of health issues and spending their hard-earned money in hospitals for unnecessary tests and treatments. Atleast for taxpayers, gov should provide health insurance and can charge them 2% by reducing their tax.
