Too many people just complain ! I did, but now must share the good - finally Comcast sent out a knowledgeable tech & supervisor who corrected a system outage that 2 previous techs could not remedy ! Thank you ! But know #Comcastcares is useless - stick with the field guys !

Update on #15poundsin12months: lost another pound this week! That’s 3 1/2 pounds total since January 1st. I did have a head cold, so appetite was suppressed. Didn’t get as much walking in. Forgot to document food a few days. Will get back to it this week. Onward!
